This is an application process whereby the sponsor applies to sponsor parent and grandparents to become permanent residents of Canada. The sponsor applies to be a sponsor and signs a sponsorship agreement and an undertaking.
The sponsor and co-signer, must show proof of funds from their tax return showing their income for the past 3years prior to the date of the application.
The sponsor must proof that they have sufficient funds to support all the people that they are sponsoring. The family size is used to calculate the amount required for proof of funds by the sponsor.
